Rita Carter joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2026, following a 6-year career in the United States Air National Guard, where she attained the rank of E5. Rita understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

Rita has a bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from College of the Ozarks, and a master's degree in Human Resources Human Development from Troy University . She holds Series 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in AL.

Rita serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves.

In her free time, Rita enjoys, hiking, reading and spending time with friends.
