Jeffrey Boysen

Jeffrey P. Boysen joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2026. He previously worked for 6 years as a Wealth and Asset Manager at Merrill Lynch.

A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Jeffrey holds Series 66, 7, and SIE securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Arizona.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Jeffrey P. serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Jeffrey P. will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in his community, Jeffrey is affiliated with the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations and Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce.

In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys golf, hiking, and spending time with family.
