About David
David Ifflander joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in October 2009, following a 28-year career in the United States Army. There, he served as a fire support officer at all levels of command, attaining the rank of colonel.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Police Science, Central Michigan University with a Master of Science degree in Public Administration, and Salve Regina University with a Master of Science degree in National Strategic Decision Making, David holds Series 6, 63, 66 and 7 securities licenses plus state life, health and long-term care insurance licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

As a First Command Financial Advisor, David is committed to helping his clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves. As a member of the Military Affairs Committee at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, David understands the value of sound advice when making important life decisions and applies these principles to financial planning. He is a corporate member of the Association of the United States Army and a member of the Tucson Chamber of Commerce.

David is married with two sons and enjoys flying, reading and working out at the YMCA.
