Colin B. Wright joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2026. He previously worked for 12 years as a Senior Financial Advisor at multiple large financial services and investment firms.

Colin holds Series 7, 63, 65, and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in California.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Colin B. serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Colin will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in his community, Colin is a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.

In his free time, Colin enjoys golf, martial arts and spending time with family.
