Jen Shuttleworth

Jennifer Shuttleworth joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2025. As a military spouse, she understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a Spanish minor, Jennifer holds Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in GA, SC, and FL.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Jennifer serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Jennifer will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in her community, Jennifer is a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church as a Sunday school teacher and as a member of the Children’s Ministry Committee. She is a dedicated PTA member at her boys’ school, where she previously served two years on the committee. Through her church and school, she and her family actively contribute to a variety of local organizations in multiple roles.
