Jeff Harris

Jeffrey Harris joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2022. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Jeffrey holds Series SIE, Series 7, Series 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Illinois and Missouri.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Jeffrey serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Jeffrey will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in his community, Jeffrey is a member of Pontiac-William Holliday Board and the HOA Neighborhood Association.
