Susan Francis

Susan Francis joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2026, following a 23-year career in the United States U.S. Army, where she attained the rank of 1SG. Susan understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

Susan has a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from University of Phoenix , and an associate's degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix . She holds Series 6, 63, 65, 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in North Carolina.

Susan serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves.

Active in her community, Susan is a member of Combat Veteran's Motorcycle Association, a 501c3 organization. They run events to raise money for veterans' in need.

In her free time, Susan enjoys, listening to music, spending time with family and traveling.
