Spencer Orr joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2026. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.

A graduate of Eastern New Mexico University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Spencer holds Series 7 & Series 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in New Mexico.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Spencer serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk.
