Dave Hunkins

Dave Hunkins joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2025. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.

A graduate of Missouri Western State University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Dave holds Series 7, 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Nevada.

Dave serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.

Active in his community, Dave is a member of Las Vegas Police Protective Association and various youth softball and baseball teams.
