Savannah Van Slyke joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in June 2026, currently serving 9 year career in the United States Army Reserves as a 1LT. Savannah understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

A graduate of Jacksonville State University with a bachelor's degree in Forensic Investigations and a Minor in Military Science., Savannah holds Series 6, Series 63, Series 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in in multiple states.

Savannah serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves.

Active in her community, Savannah is a member of North Country Spouses' Club as the 2026 Donations Coordinator where she helps support charitable initiatives and community engagement efforts. She is also a proud lifetime member of both the Military Intelligence Corps Association and the Chemical Corps Regimental Association. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Savannah enjoys gardening, exploring National Parks, and spending time with her husband and their three beloved dogs, including two basset hounds and a golden retriever.
