About Paul
Paul Rhyne II joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2023, following a 4-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Captain. Paul understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

A graduate of The Citadel with a bachelor's degree in Biology Pre-Med, Paul holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama.

Paul serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.

In his free time, Paul enjoys, spending time with family, traveling and working out.

Active in his community, Paul is a Board Member of O.U.R.R.R Servant Leadership Academy
