Jacinto Serna

Jacinto Serna joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in April 2026, following a 30-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel . Jacinto understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

Jacinto has a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Park University, and a master's degree in Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence University. He holds Series SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Texas, California, Arkansas, Washington.

Jacinto serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.

In his free time, Jacinto enjoys, golf, spending time with friends and spending time with family.

Active in his community, Jacinto is a member of Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and Knights of Columbus.
