About Charlotte
Charlotte Hillegas joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2001.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Charlotte holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities licenses plus state life, health and property-and-casualty insurance licenses. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Charlotte works closely with her clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. Married with one child, Charlotte enjoys volunteering at her church, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
