Peter Mars

Peter Mars joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in March 2026. He previously worked for 12 years as a Senior Financial Advisor at Prudential Financial and Mass Mutual.

A graduate of Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Science, Peter holds Series SIE, 6, 63, 65, securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in TX, LA, IL, PA, GA, NM.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Peter serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Peter will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

In his free time, Peter enjoys, martial arts, running and weightlifting.

Active in his community, Peter is prior service Air Force and Army National Guard and the Leader/Head Pastor of Kingdom Kulture Ministries and Church a Ministry dedicated to the growth of leaders, Disciples, and community impact.
